Vaccine Bus Locations thru Sun 12/19

Updated: Dec 19, 2021

Scroll down for Brooklyn vaccine bus schedule & locations

through Sunday, 12/19.

Vaccines are safe, effective, and free to everyone age 5 and older. Bring any form of ID with your birthdate. No other documents required.

$100 bonus! Anyone--including children age 5 and up--who gets their first shot of a vaccine at home, at a NYC hospital, OR at a NYC-run site like a Vaccine Bus (as opposed to a NY State run site, drugstore, urgent care center, or doctor's office) is eligible for a $100 gift card. NOTE: New York State and New York State-run sites offer other vaccination incentives.

At-home vaccination. Anyone may be vaccinated at home. Make an appointment at www.nyc.gov/homevaccine or call 877-829-4692.

No appointment needed at NYC-run sites (vaccine busses, pop-up sites, and hospitals), but if you want one anyway, call 877-829-4692 or visit https://vax4nyc.nyc.gov/patient/s/ You will need an appointment at a doctor's office and may also need an appointment at your local drugstore. Call before you go to check and make one, if required.

No questions about immigration status. Interpreters who speak multiple languages will be available to assist, if needed.

Referral question. Please say NHS Brooklyn sent you! When getting vaccinated, you'll be asked if an organization referred you. Please tell them we did! Neighborhood Housing Services of Brooklyn, also known as NHS Brooklyn.

UPDATE! Boosters. Anyone age 16 and older may get the Pfizer vaccine, regardless of the vaccine they received previously. Boosters are available at all locations 6 months after the second Moderna or Pfizer shot or two months after the Johnson & Johnson single shot.

Vaccines for children 5 and up. The pediatric dose of the Pfizer vaccine for children 5-11 and the regular dose for children 12 and up is available at doctors' offices, NYC schools, some NYCC vaccine busses (see the list below), and other NYC- and NYS-run locations. Check here for more information. Vaccination at schools is only available to children, not adults, at this time. Vaccination of a child requires the consent of the child's parent or guardian.

UPDATE! Proof of vaccination now required for NYC restaurants, gyms, and entertainment venues. NEW! Children age 5-11 will have to show proof of at least one vaccine dose starting 12/14 to enter these locations. Everyone 12 and older will need to show proof of two doses, unless they received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Check with your employer to find out if vaccination is required now or soon. Your paper vaccine card, vaccination record, NYC Vaccine App, or NY State Excelsior Pass are acceptable proof. Download the Excelsior Pass to your mobile phone here: https://epass.ny.gov/home

Testing is still important, especially with the holidays coming! To find a test site near you, visit this website, but call before you go to see if the test will be free or not and what kind of test is offered, depending on your need. (Rapid tests provide results in 20 minutes. Results for the more accurate PCR test takes several days.) Insurance is not required, but if you have insurance, bring your insurance card. No one will be turned away for a test at a free site if they don't have insurance. https://www1.nyc.gov/site/coronavirus/get-tested/covid-19-testing.page
