Help slow the spread of the coronavirus

• Stay home!

• Maintain social distancing: If you must go out for essentials such as food or medicine, stay at least 6 feet from other people.

• Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.

• Don't touch your face. To remind yourself not to, wear a bandana, scarf, or mask.

• Use hand sanitizer.

NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene recommendations:

• If you are sick, stay home.

• If running a fever, have a dry cough, and feel tired, call your doctor.

• If you don't have a doctor, call 311 for a referral.

• Do NOT go to an ER before a doctor instructs you to.

• Call 911 ONLY if your condition is life-threatening (shortness of breath)
