You will NOT be charged for a test at a NYC, New York State, or mobile van location. Private companies and urgent care centers may charge a fee, but if you have insurance, you will not have a co-pay. Americans are lucky! We have a choice of vaccines

  • Pfizer Vaccine (two doses) is available to anyone 12 years and older.

  • Moderna vaccine (two doses) is available to anyone 18 and older.

  • J&J vaccine (one dose) is available to anyone 18 and older.

Vaccines for anyone age 12 to 17

  • Young people 12-15, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to be vaccinated.

  • All 16- and 17-year-olds can bring written consent, or their parents/guardians can provide verbal consent over the phone.

Transportation Assistance to & from Vaccine Sites

New York City offers free transportation services to its residents ages 65+ and individuals with disabilities (ages 16-64) to and from vaccination sites. Eligible passengers can request to be picked up anywhere in the five boroughs and taken to any vaccination site located within the City.
